Dear Sir or Madam, Shortmus Productions is currently entering into its eleventh year as a participant in the annual Washington DC Caribbean Carnival. This organization is St Vincent and the Grenadines representation at this event, and we are very proud to do just that. In keeping with our portfolio of the promotion of St Vincent and the Grenadines on the international level we value this opportunity to showcase our nation culture on such a grand stage. Washington DC Caribbean Carnival, to be held this year on June 26th 2010 allows us to give our country much needed visible representation. It allows us to showcase our heritage and our many cultural depictions. It also allows us the opportunity to join with the Caribbean community. This event with all of its beauty and splendor attracts more than five hundred thousand people. It also attracts most of the mainstream media who enhances the visibility of the event. We would very much like to continue our participation in this event. To this end, we would be very grateful if you helped in sponsoring our organization to ensure our successful participation. We have different levels of sponsorship that we are hoping you will be interested in. 1. You can sponsor a kid to be in the parade for a $150.00 value. We are proud to announce that through the generosity of folks like you we are currently sponsoring fifteen kids into the parade and would like to increase the numbers as we grow. 2. We can display banners on the float/truck. The banner packages are as follows: A). 2 x 6 full color banner for $ 350.00 b). 3 x 8 full color banner for $ 500.00 c). 4 x 12 full color banner for $ 1000.00 Please keep in mind that you are expected to supply your own banner. 3. We also offer you the opportunity to exclusively sponsor one side of the truck for $2000.00. In addition to the above, you will be feature on our website at no extra cost.
