In the Washington DC Area, we are known as one of the most improved MAS band.  Since our explosion onto the Caribbean Carnival scene in 2000, there has been no stopping our group's creativity, authenticity and originality.  We have emerged from a small band of thirty masqueraders to an exciting group of over eighty and counting.   We are proud to admit that all costumes are made locally right here in the Washington DC Area, and refuse to be second to any other.  In addition, we are proud to say that we are one of the group's that has members from a wide cross section of the Diaspora.

Shortmus Productions formerly known as Stefmus Productions is also proud to inform you that we are the proud sponsors of Twelve Inner City Kids from the Southeast DC Community to the parade.  All are welcome to join us as we present our portrayal.
